SSC/OSSC - CGL EXAMINATION
Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination is conducted by Staff Selection Commission (SSC) &Odisha Staff Selection Commission.
This is a common examination for and held in two phases :
ASO Examination is conducted by Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) and held in two phases :
- Stage - I : Preliminary Examination
- Stage - II : Main Examination

Examination Pattern
State - I :Preliminary Written Examination (150 marks)
- Arithmetic - 10th Standard
- Data Interpretation (Chart, Graph, Table, Data Sufficiency etc.) - 10th Standard
- Logical Reasoning and Analytical Ability, General Mental Ability
- Current Events of National and International Importance.
- Computer / Internet Awareness
Candidates numbering a minimum of five times of the vacancies category-wise shall be shortlisted for the Main Written Examination based on their marks secured in the Preliminary examination.
State - II : Main Written Examination (Two papers - 250 marks)
- Paper - I (Language - Odia& English)
- Paper - II (General Studies)
Mathematics Test shall be held only for the posts of Auditors

Candidates of the following Services/Posts are quired to qualify in the Computer Skill Test
(i) Auditor
(ii) Inspector of Endowments
(iii) Junior Assistant (HOD)
(iv) Junior Assistant (District Offices under the Department of Water Resources)
